About Us

Hello everyone, my name is Claudia. I am 30 years old and from Erin, Ontario Canada. I am the owner and creator behind my brand. Every order made is custom and made specially for you. I have a rare medical condition called (Schwartz Jampel Syndrome) along with Scoliosis. Aside from my medical condition, I haven't let it stop me from pursuing the creative dreams I love which include unleashing my artistic passion and turning it into a self-made business.    

I started my business in September of 2021 on Etsy. I first started crafting as a hobby until I started receiving order inquiries from family and friends. My handmade cold cups became popular when I opened on Etsy. I started receiving multiple orders across the USA and Canada. September of 2022 came and I officially launched Crafted Custom By Claudia.

My small business that started with cold cups and seasonal decor has expanded over the years. I have done a lot of custom work with local bakers creating custom made cake toppers and cupcake toppers. I have had many customers across Canada and the USA order toppers and they have left the absolute kindest Google reviews. 

There is no greater feeling than being able to create a variety of beautiful items for my customers that they will absolutely love and will cherish forever.
